Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Unled Network platform and services. By placing an order, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Description

Unled Network provides access to advertising accounts ("Platforms") on third-party platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and others. We also provide managed campaign services, lead generation, creative production, prepaid virtual cards, cloud browser delivery, and cloaking services.

All advertising conducted on purchased or rented Ad Accounts must comply with the respective platform's advertising policies. You are solely responsible for the advertising content you publish.

2. Account Purchase and Rental

2.1 Purchase

When you purchase an Ad Account, you receive access credentials and cloud browser delivery for permanent use. The sale is final upon delivery unless covered under our replacement guarantee.

2.2 Rental

Monthly rental agreements provide access to Ad Accounts for the agreed billing period. Rental agreements renew monthly unless cancelled with 7 days notice before the renewal date.

2.3 Account Use

You may not resell, sublicense, share, or transfer access to purchased or rented accounts to third parties without our written consent. Accounts must be used only by the authorised user or organisation.

3. Replacement Guarantee

We provide a 30-day replacement guarantee for Ad Accounts that are suspended due to technical reasons outside your control, including:

• Platform-side policy enforcement not triggered by your advertising content
• Account access issues caused by our delivery process
• Technical failures in the cloud browser delivery

The guarantee does NOT cover suspensions caused by:

• Advertising content that violates platform policies
• User actions that breach the platform's terms of service
• Payment method issues added after delivery
• Fraudulent or deceptive advertising practices

4. Payments and Billing

All prices are quoted in USD. We accept USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and wire transfer. Payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered, except as described in our Refund Policy.

Cryptocurrency payments are final and irreversible. We are not responsible for errors in cryptocurrency addresses provided by the customer.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Advertise illegal products or services
• Engage in deceptive or fraudulent advertising
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Promote content that is harmful to minors
• Conduct activities that damage the reputation or standing of advertising platforms

6. Privacy and Data

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect information necessary to process your orders and provide our services. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Unled Network's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration if negotiation fails.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via Telegram or email.
