NordChain Exchange: Live on Google + X in 14 Days After Three Other Agencies Failed
How a regulated EU crypto exchange got campaigns approved, kept them live, and built a compliant acquisition stack across two of the strictest paid channels in the industry.

The Challenge
NordChain had been trying to launch paid acquisition for nine months. Three previous agencies had each failed at the same step: they could not get Google Crypto Certification approved, and every X campaign was getting paused under the financial-services restricted-content review.
The exchange held a Lithuanian VASP registration, an FCA cryptoasset registration in the UK, and a Singapore exemption letter. The product was compliant. The problem was that nobody had translated that compliance posture into the specific account structure, prelander format and copy framing that the platform reviewers actually want to see.
Our Approach
Google Crypto Certification: done correctly
We submitted the certification application against a dedicated Business Manager with the exchange listed as the legal entity, the FCA registration number embedded in the page footer, and a prelander that exposed the regulator-required risk warnings within the first viewport. Approval came back in 7 working days.
X Ads compliance pack
X's restricted-content desk wants three specific signals before they unlock crypto: a verified business account, a copy framework that avoids 'guaranteed returns' framing, and landing pages that disclose the regulated entity. We ran the verification, rewrote the launch-batch copy to a tested compliant pattern, and rebuilt the landing pages with the disclosure block above the fold.
Three-market separation from day one
EU (MiCA-aligned), UK and Singapore each got their own Google MCC sub-account and their own X campaign cluster. Different copy, different prelanders, different terms, because the regulators differ and the platform reviewers know it.
Prelander as the compliance shock absorber
Direct-to-app-download was off the table. We built three prelander variants per market that satisfied the regulator and improved click-to-account-funded conversion by giving cold visitors the risk context before the signup form.
Execution Timeline
Results
- ✓Live spend on both Google and X within 14 calendar days of onboarding kickoff.
- ✓97% first-submission ad approval rate across the launch quarter; the previous agencies had been running below 30%.
- ✓Zero Business Manager or MCC suspensions in the first six months. Two ad-level disapprovals were appealed and resolved inside 24 hours via direct rep contact.
- ✓Account-funded acquisition cost stabilized at roughly half the operator's blended affiliate-channel cost by month three.

Running crypto ads is a nightmare with most agencies. Unled Network knows exactly how to structure compliant campaigns on Google and X. They got our campaigns approved when three other agencies couldn't.
What This Engagement Taught Us
- ›Crypto compliance is not a creative problem. It is an account-structure + entity-mapping + prelander-architecture problem.
- ›Most agencies fail Google Crypto Certification because they apply against a generic Business Manager. Apply against an entity-locked BM and the approval rate climbs sharply.
- ›The prelander is the single highest-leverage asset in regulated crypto acquisition.
