NordChain Exchange: Live on Google and X within 14 Days. Three Agencies Couldn't Do It
How a regulated European crypto platform got campaigns approved, maintained them, and constructed a compliant buyer acquisition strategy on two of the industry's most restrictive ad networks.

The Problem
NordChain spent nine months attempting to establish paid customer acquisition. Three separate agencies hit the same wall: neither could secure Google's Crypto Certification, and X consistently rejected their campaigns during the financial-services content review process.
The exchange held all its credentials. Lithuania issued its VASP registration. The FCA had approved its cryptoasset status in the UK. Singapore had given its exemption. The platform itself was entirely above board. Yet each reviewer saw something different. No previous agency had worked out how to build the account setup, landing page structure, and messaging angle that platform moderators were actually looking for.
How We Work
Google Crypto Certification: getting it right
We filed the certification through a dedicated Business Manager with the exchange named as the legal entity, FCA registration number in the page footer, and a prelander displaying regulator-mandated risk disclosures above the fold. Approval landed within 7 working days.
X Ads compliance bundle
X's restricted-content team requires three things before unlocking crypto: a verified business account, messaging that steers clear of 'guaranteed returns' language, and landing pages disclosing the regulated entity. We completed the verification, refreshed the launch copy to a tested compliant standard, and rebuilt the landing pages with the disclosure box positioned above the fold.
Separate campaigns for three markets from the outset
The EU (MiCA-compliant), UK and Singapore each received their own Google MCC sub-account and separate X campaign structure. Distinct messaging, distinct prelanders, distinct terms, because regulatory requirements vary and platform reviewers understand that.
The prelander as your compliance buffer
Sending traffic straight to app downloads wasn't viable. We created three prelander versions for each market that met regulatory standards whilst boosting cold-to-account-funded conversion by giving prospects context on the risks before registration.
Timeline
Outcomes
- ✓Both Google and X campaigns went live within 14 calendar days from project start.
- ✓97% ad approval on first submission across the launch quarter, compared to under 30% from previous agencies.
- ✓No Business Manager or MCC suspensions in the first half-year. Two ad-level rejections were overturned and resolved within 24 hours through direct account management.
- ✓Account-funded customer acquisition cost dropped to roughly half the operator's blended affiliate spend by month three.
"Crypto advertising is a minefield with most agencies. Unled Network understands the exact approach needed for compliant campaigns on Google and X. They got approvals when three other firms fell short.

What We Learned
- ›Crypto compliance is not a creative challenge. It sits in account structure, entity mapping and prelander design.
- ›Most agencies stumble on Google Crypto Certification by applying through a standard Business Manager. Use an entity-locked BM instead and approval rates spike.
- ›The prelander is your biggest lever in regulated crypto user acquisition.
